1. Some add fee
the shipping is free. but there is a certain amount of percent added to your price, it is for tax , handling charge and insurance. as you know . there is a fixed percent of tax needed to pay when everything exported into the usa. the handling charge and the insurance is for the express company , if your package is stopped by the custome in case, the mail company will take responsibility for that .They will resend the pacakge for you .
when you order more than 120 usd, we will afford the tax for you . though there is tax showing when you checkout, in fact we did not charge you that. you can compair the percent add to your price when you order more than 120 usd and less than 120usd, the percent is not the same.
when you order less than usd400 and when you order more than usd400, the percent added to your price is def . different. when you order more than usd400, we afford all the tax & hanling for you .
2.what is the return policy?
1).The merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange for some certain reason.such as the items badly damaged or mistake, within 30 days from shipping date in the same condition as we shipped.After 30 days,we cant accept the merchandise to be returned neither for a refund or exchange because of the merchandise may be out of time already,we cant sell them again.
2).Refunds will be issued based on the original payment.
3).For exchange the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.Exchanges can be made among the same items you prefer in our webiste.
Return Procedures:
1).Email us and tell us why you intend to return the products to us.
2).Delivery the item to the address we specify in the shippment(or some place else).Please include the original order number,purchaser name,address,and telephone number in the return package.
3).Returned item(s) must be in the condition you received them in order to receive a full refund.We reserve the right to assess additional fees if the items is not returned in the proper condition.
