1.how to order?
you can choose any you want add in cart and checkout then you can fill all your info,and then checkout again, and it showing a botton about "pay by credit card" click it , when we got your order , we arrange it in one day, and give you tracking number in same day, about 7-9 days , you can get the pacakge.
3. I want to order from your site, but I want to get a sample first. Can I? What is the minimum order?
Yes you can order a sample from our site.
The minimum order is one pair, and you can order any quantity.
4. How can I get information after I have paid for the shoes ?
We will e-mail the tracking number of the express company to you as soon as possible when we get the tracking number.it about 2 day after we get your information of payment.
5. When and how can I tracking my order status?
Generally, after 2 days you can trace your package(s) when we send you tracking number.
6. How long will it take to receive my shoes?
It base on which method to send,usually,takes 7 business days to receive your order. Please note that business days do not include weekends.
7.Some add fee
the shipping is free. but there is a certain amount of percent added to your price, it is for tax , handling charge and insurance. as you know . there is a fixed percent of tax needed to pay when everything exported into the usa. the handling charge and the insurance is for the express company , if your package is stopped by the custome in case, the mail company will take responsibility for that .They will resend the pacakge for you .
when you order more than 120 usd, we will afford the tax for you . though there is tax showing when you checkout, in fact we did not charge you that. you can compair the percent add to your price when you order more than 120 usd and less than 120usd, the percent is not the same.
when you order less than usd400 and when you order more than usd400, the percent added to your price is def . different. when you order more than usd400, we afford all the tax & hanling for you .
